Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Proven ability to manager budgets, resources , and large teams effectively.
- Minimum 8 years experience in retail operations management, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and familiarity with retail management system.
- Exceptional communication, problem,-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems.
