Team Leader (Crane Operator)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the same industry
• Must possess a TESDA NC II Training Certificate relevant to the position applied for
  Safety-conscious and reliable
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and coordination skills for site and farm operations
• Able to supervise crane operations and manage the team effectively

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and operate cranes for loading, unloading, and transporting heavy equipment and materials
• Coordinate daily crane operations and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Monitor and maintain equipment safety standards and operational protocols
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations and safety checks
• Provide training and guidance to team members on crane operation and safety procedures
