FORM WORK (Charge Hand)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, preferably 35 to 45 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant formwork experience.
• Experience in supervising or overseeing formwork installation teams.
• Ability to ensure formwork is constructed according to project specifications and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and site coordination.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide workers on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide formwork installation teams during construction projects.
• Ensure formwork is installed accurately according to project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate daily tasks and monitor work progress to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site regulations.
• Inspect formwork structures to ensure stability, alignment, and quality.
• Communicate effectively with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow on the project site.
