Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- With basic communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at significant heights.
- Knowledge of different scaffold systems and ability to read technical drawings
Responsibilities:
- Erecting & Dismantling: Building and taking down scaffolding, including tower, independent, birdcage, and cantilever structures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring structures are stable, secure, and compliant with safety legislation (OSHA, etc.) to prevent accidents.
- Material Handling: Unloading, inspecting, transporting, and maintaining scaffolding components like tubes, couplers, and boards.
- Site Preparation: Assessing work sites, ensuring a stable foundation, and following blueprints or instructions.
