CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
• With basic communication skills
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to perform accurate calculations for cutting and measuring, including using tape measures and laser levels.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
• Precision in measuring and installing to ensure structural integrity and quality finishes

Responsibilities:

• Blueprint Interpretation: Studying, reading, and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine specifications, materials, and layout.
• Structural Construction: Building frameworks, including walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, and stairs.
• Installation & Finishing: Fitting and installing doors, windows, cabinets, trim, molding, drywall, and insulation.
• Material Handling: Measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping wood, metal, plastic, and concrete.
• Repair & Maintenance: Repairing or replacing damaged or defective structural parts.
• Tool Usage: Expertly using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns.
