Florist / Flower Arranger & Plant Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Experience in flowers, plants, or retail preferred
  • Friendly, clean, and hardworking
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in preparing simple bouquets, wrapping arrangements, and arranging flowers and plants for display.
  • Knowledge of basic plant care, including watering, trimming, repotting, monitoring plant health, and maintaining freshness.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking materials and ensuring proper storage of flowers and plants
  • Detail-oriented in preparing, packing, labeling customer orders, and assisting with delivery preparation.
  • Good customer service skills, able to welcome customers, assist with selections, answer basic plant care questions, and support sales tasks when needed
