Ghadeer Interior Decorations is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male applicants are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Architect.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar programs.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulation
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare 2D and 3D presentations, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Review project requirements and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding design updates and modifications.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets.
