Ghadeer Interior Decorations is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead and supervise carpentry works for interior fit-out and decoration projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid technical knowledge in carpentry, and the ability to manage workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within quality standards.

FOREMAN CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male applicants are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a carpenter or foreman carpenter in construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage and supervise workers effectively.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and helpers on-site.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Oversee installation of cabinets, doors, partitions, ceilings, and other interior wooden structures.
• Ensure all carpentry work meets project requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Implement and maintain safety procedures at all times.
• Report progress, issues, and material requirements to management.
