Joe & The Juice is looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team in Oman! As a Barista at Joe & The Juice, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and dynamic environment for our customers. You’ll be responsible for crafting our signature juices, coffees, and other beverages while delivering exceptional service that reflects our brand values.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid passport to work abroad.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
• Must be enthusiastic about living and working in Oman, adapting to a new environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, juices, and other beverages following Joe & The Juice’s high standards
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service
• Ensure all products are prepared and served promptly and consistently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Handle customer orders and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain a positive and team-oriented atmosphere
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
