Joe & The Juice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage staff during shifts in Oman. The Shift Supervisor will ensure smooth store operations, maintain customer satisfaction, and support the team in achieving performance goals. Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail or F&B.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Valid passport required for employment in Oman.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ready to work abroad and embrace new challenges.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead store staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and assist with replenishment during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the store.
• Motivate, train, and support staff to deliver high-performance results.
• Prepare daily reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store environment.
• Ensure the store is ready for peak hours by managing workflow and preparing staff.
