Al Ghanim Combined Group is looking for a skilled Decorating Technician to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying finishing touches to construction projects by installing decorative elements such as wallpapers, paint, tiles, and other surface treatments. As part of our renowned contracting company, you will help bring aesthetic value to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. 

Decorating Technician

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Decorating Technician, Painter, or similar role, preferably within construction or interior design sectors.
• Strong knowledge of decorating techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Experience with a range of materials and finishes, including wallpapers, paints, tiles, and decorative coatings.
• Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain various decorative elements such as wallpapers, paints, tiles, flooring, and other surface treatments according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces for decoration, including sanding, priming, and cleaning, ensuring a smooth and clean finish.
• Work with a variety of materials, including paints, wallpapers, ceramics, and wood paneling.
• Ensure all decoration work is completed to the highest quality standards, following safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on client requirements.
• Work closely with construction and design teams to ensure that the decorative elements complement the overall design and layout.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and follow proper safety protocols.
• Ensure timely completion of decorating tasks, meeting project deadlines.
