Al Ghanim Combined Group is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Driver to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy construction equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders, to support infrastructure and contracting projects. As a key part of our team, you will contribute to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects across Kuwait. 

Heavy Equipment Driver

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, especially in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Valid Kuwaiti driving license for heavy machinery.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations and equipment safety procedures.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and loaders, to perform tasks like digging, lifting, grading, and transporting materials on construction sites.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure that all equipment is used in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Safely transport materials, equipment, and machinery to and from work sites.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that equipment is positioned and used correctly for each phase of the project.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials to different areas of the construction site as required.
• Keep records of equipment usage and report any issues or required repairs to the supervisor.
• Ensure the work environment is safe and clean at all times.
