PC OPERATOR (SCAFFOLDING PC OPERATOR)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in scaffolding operations
• At least a high school graduate
• With valid TESDA NC II Certificate (Scaffolding)
• With valid Third-Party Certification (Velosi, Bureau Veritas, TUV, or equivalent)
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and site plans
• Knowledgeable in load calculations and bracing requirements
• Familiar with international scaffolding safety standards
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and site plans to determine scaffolding materials and structural requirements
• Perform load calculations and ensure proper bracing and stability of scaffolding structures
• Coordinate with scaffolding supervisors and construction teams for proper implementation
• Monitor scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE regulations
• Verify scaffolding components and materials before use
• Maintain proper documentation and reports related to scaffolding operations
• Promote and enforce safe working practices at all times
