HUMAN RESOURCES (HR Professionals)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Human Resources or related fields
• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Saudi culture and comfortable working within it
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability to new environments and tasks
• Experience in conducting interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes
• Flexible and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities
• Committed to long-term growth and contributing to the company
• Ability to work effectively with employees from diverse nationalities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessments
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company
• Support HR operations, including employee records management, documentation, and reporting
• Assist in employee engagement and development initiatives
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
• Collaborate with management and employees to address HR-related queries and concerns
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives
