HSE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HSE within construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Others) or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management Systems and international safety standards
• Experience in high-risk work environments (e.g., confined space, lifting operations, hot work, working at height)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure project environment
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the HSE Management System in accordance with company policies and project requirements
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable local and international laws, regulations, and project specifications
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify hazardous conditions and unsafe practices
• Immediately correct unsafe acts or conditions and recommend preventive measures
• Review and verify risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA)
• Authorize, issue, monitor, or suspend permits for high-risk work activities (e.g., hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations)
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with project management and contractors to ensure continuous safety improvement
