HSE TRAINER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in HSE training or related field
• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Others) or related discipline
• Proven experience in industrial, oil & gas, or large-scale construction projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety inductions for new employees and site visitors
• Facilitate toolbox talks and specialized technical training (e.g., LOTO, scaffolding safety, rigging safety, confined space, working at height, etc.)
• Maintain, monitor, and audit training matrices to ensure all personnel hold valid and updated certifications
• Identify training requirements based on site risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Develop and update HSE training materials in line with project and regulatory requirements
• Support the implementation of company HSE policies and procedures
• Coordinate with project management and HSE teams to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist in accident prevention initiatives and continuous safety improvement programs
• Prepare training reports and maintain accurate training records
