PIPE INSTALLER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • No minimum educational attainment required
  • Experience in working with small trenches or digging machines
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
  • Willing to work outdoors in agricultural fields
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Install water pipes for agricultural irrigation systems (outdoor work only; not inside buildings)
  • Assemble and fit irrigation pipelines and related components
  • Perform manual earthworks including digging and backfilling trenches
  • Assist in operating small trenching or digging machines when required
  • Ensure proper alignment and connection of irrigation pipes
  • Conduct basic inspection of installed pipelines to ensure functionality
  • Follow safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site
  • Report issues or damages to supervisors
