IT Support Specialist

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• With at least 1-3 years proven experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Knowledgeable of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Experience with servers, firewalls, and cloud systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. IT certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the company’s IT systems, providing technical support to users, ensuring system security, and supporting day-today IT operations to ensure smooth business continuity./
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and related IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues and resolve them in a timely manner
