Baker (Chef de Partie)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience
• Culinary diploma or certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP compliance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee bread and pastry production in the bakery section
• Supervise bakery staff and assign tasks
• Create and test new recipes for bakery items
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage inventory and maintain cost control

Requirements:
