Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
- GCC experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proactive, team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Implement production plans and continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and supervise production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and work allocation.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.
- Track production performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to optimize production output.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics for on-time delivery of finished good
