Groupe Salyas / Byblos Hotel is seeking a friendly and responsible Pool Attendant to maintain cleanliness and safety at the hotel pool area. The role ensures a pleasant and secure experience for guests while upholding high standards of hygiene and service. 

Pool Attendant

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or pool service is an advantage
  • Responsible, attentive, and safety-conscious
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Lifeguard certification is an advantage (if available)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including decks, loungers, and surrounding spaces
  • Monitor pool safety and ensure guests follow pool rules
  • Set up and arrange pool furniture (loungers, umbrellas, towels)
  • Assist guests with towels, seating, and pool requests
  • Perform basic pool maintenance tasks such as skimming, cleaning filters, and checking water levels (training provided)
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service to guests
  • Ensure pool area supplies (towels, sunscreen, etc.) are stocked
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
