Groupe Salyas / Byblos Hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring efficient cleaning operations in guest rooms and public areas. 

Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good customer service skills and professional attitude

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff during daily operations
• Assign cleaning tasks and monitor performance
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality
• Ensure cleaning standards and procedures are followed consistently
• Train and guide staff on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Manage linen and supply inventory and report shortages
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints
• Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and room status
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Report issues to the Housekeeping Manager and support departmental goals
