Zerke Sp. z o.o. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Workers to support our production and logistics operations in Poland. The role involves packing products according to quality standards, ensuring safe handling, and maintaining an efficient production workflow. 

Packaging Worker

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate
  • 24 to 45 years old
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Production/Factory for local or 3 years for overseas
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  • Physical fitness for standing, lifting, and manual work
  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if required
  • Responsible and reliable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Polish or English is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Pack finished products according to company procedures and quality standards
  • Label, seal, and prepare packages for storage or shipment
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality and defects
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Meet daily production targets
  • Assist with basic production or warehouse tasks as required
  • Report damaged products or packaging issues to supervisors
