Storekeeper/Warehouseman

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• 24 to 45 years old
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Production/Factory for local or 3 years for overseas
• Previous experience as a storekeeper, warehouseman, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
• Forklift license (advantage)
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems or MS Excel – advantage)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Polish or English is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials and goods
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to production staff
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies
• Prepare materials for internal distribution and external dispatch
• Load and unload deliveries safely (manual handling or with equipment)
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of warehouse areas
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
• Cooperate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
