Fabricator Fitter

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Fitter or similar role
• Strong ability to read and understand technical and fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and materials
• Experience with cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting operations
• Basic welding skills (advantage)
• Good attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Physical fitness for manual and workshop-based tasks
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime if required

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble metal components
• Fit and assemble structural steel, plates, pipes, and other metal parts
• Perform tack welding and assist with full welding where required
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and dimensional compliance of fabricated items
• Inspect finished components and make necessary adjustments
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times
• Work closely with welders, supervisors, and other team members
