Alazzam Group is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. 

Kitchen Technician

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of related work experience as a Kitchen Technician or similar role
  • Knowledgeable in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
  • Valid passport holder

Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and gas-related kitchen equipment issues
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
  • Coordinate with management and kitchen staff regarding equipment needs
