Alazzam Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations in Bahrain. The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and staff supervision. 

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years related work experience
  • Valid passport holder

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff and work schedules
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Help train, motivate, and evaluate restaurant staff
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in handling customer concerns and operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
