CONCRETE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, particularly in drainage and infrastructure projects.
• A detail-oriented supervisor with hands-on experience in concrete works.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the execution of concrete works to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, project standards, and safety requirements during concrete processes.
• Oversee drainage and infrastructure-related concrete works.
• Organize and coordinate the delivery, storage, and handling of construction materials on-site.
• Document daily work progress, issues encountered, and solutions implemented for reporting to project managers and clients.
• Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to verify adherence to standards.
