Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant service standards and etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate service staff during restaurant operations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Assign duties and manage service flow within the dining area
  • Take and oversee customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards
  • Train and guide waitstaff to maintain service quality
