Pizza Chef

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• A Pizza Chef (or Pizzaiolo) prepares and bakes high-quality pizzas, managing the entire process from making fresh dough, sauces, and chopping toppings to cooking in various ovens

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction, all while maintaining a clean workstation, following food safety, and sometimes managing inventory and training staff.
• Prepare pizza dough from scratch, make sauces (tomato, pesto, white), and chop/slice fresh ingredients (veggies, meats).
• Assemble pizzas and bake them in ovens, monitoring temperatures and cooking times for various crusts.
