Rosewood Hotel – Red Sea is seeking a reliable and hardworking Male Steward (Dishwasher) to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in accordance with luxury hotel standards. 

Steward (Dishwasher)

Qualifications:

  • Male, 22–30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a 4–5 star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Presentable with good communication skills
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Certificate of Employment (COE) / NC II is required

Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks when required
  • Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with hotel health and safety regulations

Loyalty Bonus:

  • 1 month basic salary after 1 year of service
  • 1.5 months basic salary after 2 years of service
  • 2 months basic salary after 3 years of service
  • Bonus capped at 2 months basic salary for each subsequent year
