Rosewood Hotel – Red Sea is seeking experienced and service-oriented Waitresses to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests. The ideal candidate will be professional, presentable, and passionate about hospitality service in a luxury environment. 

Waitress

Qualifications:

  • Female, 22–30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4–5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least a high school graduate
  • COE / NC II certificate is required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent food and beverage service in accordance with hotel standards
  • Take orders accurately and serve guests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering personalized and attentive service

Benefits:

  • 6 working days per week

Loyalty Bonus:

  • 1 month basic salary after 1 year of service
  • 1.5 months basic salary after 2 years of service
  • 2 months basic salary after 3 years of service
  • Bonus capped at 2 months basic salary for each subsequent year
