Hotel and Restaurant Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations.
• Experience in research and development related to menu planning, service improvement, or operational enhancement.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Leadership, organizational, and customer-service-oriented skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel and restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate hospitality staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, service delivery, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in menu development, service improvement, and operational research initiatives.
• Manage inventory, reports, and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle operational concerns professionally and confidentially.
