Restaurant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience in restaurant or food service supervision.
• Experience in research and development (menu planning, service improvement, or operational enhancements).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and shift management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency.
• Train, guide, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Assist in implementing operational procedures and service standards.
• Support menu development, product research, and service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulation
