MACHINIST

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and CNC machines to fabricate or repair mechanical components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Prepare raw materials and perform cutting, shaping, drilling, grinding, and finishing operations
• Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure compliance with tolerances
• Maintain machine tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment in good working condition
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical parts and equipment
• Follow HSE procedures, PTW, LOTO, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with fabricators, welders, pipefitters, and engineers for component integration
• Maintain work records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, ASME, and ISO standards
