CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred
- 7+years of experience in Contract Administration
Responsibilities:
- Support the Contract Manager and Subcontract Advisor in the administration of main contract and subcontractors, including change orders, claims, notices, and other contractual matters.
- Coordinate with the Project Control Management Team Leader and Managers to obtain, verify, and organize project date (schedule, progress, cost, quantity, and site records) required for issue analysis, fact finding, and claim/change order preparation.
- Ensure that all contract administration activities comply with company policies, project procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Support meetings with the Client and subcontractors when required, including preparation of meeting materials, taking minutes, and tracking agreed actions related to contractual and commercial issues.
