Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification direct clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Experience or willingness to work in aged care facilities
- Strong clinical skills, compassion, and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professional standards and resident safety
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and assistance to elderly residents
- Support residents with daily living activities and clinical needs
- Administer medications and treatments under supervision and protocols
- Monitor resident health conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and confidential nursing documentation
- Follow aged care standards, policies, and infection control procedures
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and healthcare teams
