BA Single Line Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a BA Single Line Technician or similar role in oil & gas or petrochemical plants
• Strong knowledge of blowdown analyzer systems, instrumentation, and calibration procedures
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Familiarity with safety, environmental, and process industry standards
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain single-line blowdown analyzer (BA) systems
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of BA equipment
• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of instruments
• Follow all site safety protocols, work permits, and operational procedures
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and operators regarding system operations and maintenance
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of inspections, maintenance, and readings
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, hazards, or operational issues promptly
• Work independently while supporting the overall instrumentation and process team
