Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of safety and work procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities on site
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with site procedures
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other departments
• Monitor progress and report issues or delays
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Support quality control and housekeeping on site

Requirements:

• POEA E-Reg and POEA PEOS
• Certificate of Employment
• Must have valid passport
