Material Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Material Coordinator or similar role in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Strong knowledge of material control, inventory management, and logistics
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Good organizational, communication, and reporting skills
• Proficient in computer applications and material tracking systems

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate material requirements for projects and operations
• Track material deliveries, storage, issuance, and inventory levels
• Ensure proper documentation for material receiving and issuing
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and site teams
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate material records and reports
• Ensure compliance with company and project procedures
• Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with team members

Requirements:
