Building Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance systems and procedures
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily building maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure proper upkeep of facilities including civil, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of maintenance staff
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and reports
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
