Fabrication Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience as a Fabrication Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding, and structural assembly
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication, welding, and assembly operations
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor team performance and assign daily tasks to technicians and fabricators
• Conduct inspections of fabricated components and assemblies
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain documentation, fabrication logs, and progress reports
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and co-workers to meet project deadlines
