Mechanical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry or petrochemical plants
• Proven experience in mechanical supervision or a similar role
• Ability to collaborate easily with co-workers and work independently
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair activities
• Monitor performance of mechanical systems and equipment
• Assign tasks and oversee the work of mechanical technicians and engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards
• Inspect completed work and maintain maintenance logs and reports
• Collaborate with project teams, management, and other departments
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in mechanical operations
