Public Transportation Company (PTC) is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in heavy vehicles and machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure all electrical components are functioning safely and efficiently to support operations. 

HEAVY EQUIPMENT ELECTRICIAN

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Electrician (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in heavy machinery
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in heavy equipment and vehicles
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot wiring, circuits, and electrical components
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations
• Collaborate with mechanical teams to resolve equipment issues
