Qualifications:

• Skilled in proving and baking French pastries
• Able to work independently during night shifts
• Skilled in making baguettes and artisan-style breads
• Ability to manage rising, proofing, and baking schedules efficiently
• Knowledgeable in making and baking sourdough breads
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Candidate must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various pastries, breads, and baked goods during night shift
• Proof and prepare French pastries and other specialty items
• Bake and top pastries according to standard recipes
• Produce sourdough bread with proper fermentation and baking techniques
• Make baguettes and other artisan breads
• Coordinate dough rising, proofing, and baking processes efficiently
• Ensure all baking methods are done on time for early morning sales

Requirements:

• Update and detailed Resume in Word format or PDF with a picture
• Employment Certificate
• Training Certificate
• Passport Copy

Important Notes:

• WEEKDAYS – No walk-ins, Drop box submission only (Mon–Fri)
• SATURDAYS – Walk-ins are accepted
