Cafe Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in café or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.
• Passion for great coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure product availability and freshness.
• Maintain café presentation and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
• Train, motivate, and develop café staff to deliver a high standard of service.
• Monitor sales performance, control costs, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Develop new menu ideas and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the culinary team
