Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- With experience as a Tea Boy/Utility/Office Aide is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning and pantry maintenance.
- Must be neat, organized, and hygienic (very important in pharma/GMP environments).
- Able to follow instructions, company safety rules, and GMP guidelines when required.
- Physically fit; able to stand, walk, and carry light items.
- With good communication skills and a polite, service-oriented attitude.
- Trustworthy and responsible with good attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks for staff and visitors
- Keep the pantry clean and organized at all times
- Wash and sanitize cups, utensils, and pantry equipment
- Refill drinking water and restock pantry supplies
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness following company hygiene and GMP rules
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with refreshments
- Deliver small items or documents to office or production areas when needed (non-technical tasks only)
