Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Musta have a Valid Passport, Drivers License (Car Restriction), NBI and Trade Certs

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple electrical design projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of electrical designers and engineers, guiding them through the design process and ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Highlight where financial management should be improved to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Implement QA/QC processes to review and verify the accuracy and completeness of electrical design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior electrical designers and engineers to foster their professional development and ensure the continuity of technical expertise within the team.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline design processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of deliverables through the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
