Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a restaurant (not fast food)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant is a plus.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Carry trays and lift items up to 20 lbs.
• Perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and climbing stairs.

Responsibilities:

• As a Waiter at Texas Roadhouse, you play a key role in delivering Legendary Service to every guest.
• You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, take accurate orders, and ensure guests enjoy a fun and satisfying dining experience.
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menus and explain specials or promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in team activities and contribute to a lively restaurant environment.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
