Die Cutting Folder Gluer Packaging Machine Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Experience operating Heidelberg die-cutting machines in a packaging or print environment.
• Experience with Heidelberg Varimatrix, Promatrix, or Dymatrix models – example Heidelberg Letter Press Machine / Cylinder
• Able to operate other machines such as Chinese Folder (Crash Lock Packaging Machine), Sakurai Oliver (1 or 2 Colour Machine).

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Heidelberg die-cutting machines to cut, crease, emboss, and strip printed sheets according to job specifications.
• Set up and operate Folder Gluer machine to glue diecut work.
• Interpret job tickets, CAD layouts, and die specifications to prepare machine settings.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure all products meet quality and dimensional standards.
